99 Station Street specialises in a modern British menu.
We use fresh, local and seasonal produce wherever possible.
This gives us the opportunity to work with ingredients at
their best.
The kitchen team is run by Head Chef, Daniel Pilkington.
Dan has a wealth of experience with local food and past
successes include the Cock at Hanbury and The Three Queens
in Burton. He has been with 99 Station Street since January
2009
Front of house is managed by Helen McWheeney. Helen has
been warmly welcoming our guests since we first opened
in 2008 and has seen 99 Station Street grow from the ground
up.
Ross Boardman grew up in the Lake District and spent most of
his school and university holidays working in bars, hotels
and restaurants. With regular hotel living and working around
the world, Ross and wife Susan had a vision of the standards
of food and service that would be met when opening 99 Station
Street.
